Inspired Mexican food means that we use a combination of flavors that are found in the Bajio region of Mexico that produces tastes unlike any other Mexican Fast Casual Restaurant.

CHICKEN GREEN CHILI QUESADILLA PLATTER: Chicken sautéed in a sweet chili chutney with onions,
and served in a flour tortilla with melted cheese
and topped with choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

BAJIO NACHOS: Tortilla chips, with melted cheese topped with choice of rice,
beans, meat, enchilada sauce, salsa with your choice of
sour cream or guacamole.

MEXICAN PIZZA: Crispy flour tortillas layered with your choice of meat, beans,
rice, enchilada sauce, cheese, salsa and sour cream or guacamole.

TAQUITO PLATTER: Your choice of beef or chicken in a corn tortilla , topped with cheese,
salsa sour cream or guacamole and served with two side dishes

CHIPS & QUESO: Spicy melted cheese served with freshly cooked tortilla chips

BURRITO CLÁSSICO PLATTER: Fresh flour tortilla filled with meat, beans and rice, smothered with
enchilada sauce and topped with cheese, choice of salsa sour cream or guacamole.

CHIMICHANGA PLATTER: Deep fried Burrito Clássico served smothered with enchilada sauce
and topped with cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

THE ORIGINAL ONE TACO PLATTER: Fresh flour or corn tortilla, filled with your choice of meat, topped with
mixed greens, cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream of guacamole.

THE ORIGINAL TWO TACO PLATTER: Fresh flour or corn tortilla, filled with your choice of meat, topped with
mixed greens, cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream of guacamole.

ONE ENCHILADA PLATTER: Fresh flour or corn tortilla, filled with your choice of meat, topped enchilada
sauce, cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

TWO ENCHILADA PLATTER: Fresh flour or corn tortilla, filled with your choice of meat, topped enchilada
sauce, cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

BURRITO BOWL: Choice of meat, rice & beans topped with enchilada sauce, cheese,
choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

QUESADILLA PLATTER: Fresh flour tortilla cooked with cheese and choice of meat topped with
cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

Our Signature Meat Choices are:

             Chicken: Mesquite Lime or Honey Glazed

Side Dish Choices are (choose any combination of two for a platter, or you may choose to only include one side):

             Salad Greens topped with cheese, pico de gallo salsa, choice of dressing (Jalapeno Ranch, Sweet Vinaigrette or low fat Tomatilla) and tortilla strips.
             Chips and Salsa. Salsa choices include; pico de gallo, medium salsa or spicy salsa.
             Sweet Buttery Corn

Enchilada sauces choices include a mild or spicy.

FISH SALAD: Seasoned fish lightly flash fried and served over mixed greens

SHRIMP BURRITO: Shrimp sautéed in honey butter, wrapped in a flour tortilla
which includes sweet rice and topped with our signature mango salsa.

BURRITO BOWL: Choice of rice and beans covered in enchilada sauce
topped with cheese, choice of salsa, sour cream or guacamole.

CHEESE & ONION ENCHILADA: Cheese and caramelized onion wrapped in a flour tortilla
and covered with enchilada sauce, cheese, choice of salsa
and sour cream or guacamole.
